  • Respond to requests and feedback within reasonable timeframes.
  • Provide necessary access, content, and materials in a timely manner.
  • Ensure they have the rights to any content or materials they provide.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the project proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Project fees are invoiced according to the agreed milestone schedule.
  • Recurring services are billed monthly in advance.
  • Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them. IT SOFTWARE TECH retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during the project confidential and not to use it for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT SOFTWARE TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms set out in the project contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
